Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services and Digital Course Access

1. Scope of Services

Coaching Sessions: You will receive four one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom, each lasting 60 minutes, to be completed over eight weeks.
Digital Course Access: Access to “From Start to Plant-Based in 28 Days” is included with coaching. You will have lifetime access to the course materials, contingent on the course being actively hosted, with a minimum guaranteed availability of five years. For specific terms regarding the digital course, please refer to the Digital Course Terms and Conditions.

2. Fees and Payment

Payment Options: The total fee can be paid as €449 upfront or in three monthly installments of €160 each.
VAT Application: VAT is applied in accordance with EU laws and is dependent on the purchaser’s country. Total price including VAT will be displayed at checkout.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Flexible Scheduling: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or missed without sufficient notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Provider Cancellations: If a session is canceled by the provider, you will be promptly notified and provided with options to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds for coaching and course access are available if requested within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of participation and a statement of dissatisfaction.
Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Rights: All content within the coaching sessions and the course, including videos, texts, and worksheets, is owned by Sharon Facey MD. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions: Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of the course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Health Disclaimer

Purpose: The provided coaching and digital course are educational only and not substitutes for professional medical advice or treatment.
Medical Consultation: Consult your healthcare provider before implementing any significant dietary changes based on course content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Exclusions: Sharon Facey MD is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the coaching services or course materials.

8. Data Protection

Compliance: We adhere to GDPR regulations. Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sitges, Spain.

10. Amendments

Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms. All changes will be communicated via email.
